How can I make a payment?
There are plenty of ways to pay your invoices. These options include:
- Internet
- Post Office
- BPay
- In Person via cheque
How do I make a claim?
You can lodge a claim through this website. Simply click the button in the top right had corner of the screen.

How can I track my claim?
By contacting the claims line on 1300 151 373.
You can also use our live chat option on the bottom right hand side of the website to speak to a staff member, who can assist with your inquiry.
Can I pay my insurance monthly?
Insurance polices can be arranged to be paid monthly. Contact your account manger to discuss the different options we have available.
How to lodge a complaint internally (IDR)?
Please contact your Account Manager directly, as they will assist you and advise on the appropriate process. If the matter cannot be resolved at that level, we have two dedicated Complaints Officers, Michael Easton and Tony McCormick, who can manage your complaint further.
